This is a piston design bypass valve that is a direct replacement for the original fitment. This valve gives greater longevity than the diaphragm (OEM) valves but also benefits from its ability to be fitted with different springs when the boost pressure has been increased or the engine has been modified. To ease installation the top or vacuum connection is angled.

Exactly what I had hoped for!! 2010 Cobalt SS

This product has met all my expectations. Install took around an hour including removing the intake. I'm using this on a 21psi tune and it's a much louder "blow off" sound at full boost than stock. Certainly turns a few heads when you drive by. Awesome service by BNR as well. Only down side was living in Canada I had to pay an extra $50 brokerage to pick it up.

Great BOV

Great and easy to install. Gets rid of the factory rubber one and now makes a more reliable turbo.

Great product!

This bov from forge has a great sound without having to have the charge pipe modified. Just have to be sure to be tuned for an atmospheric bov. Great product!

2008 HHR SS Forge Motorsports Atmospheric BV

Great product, took me about 45 minutes to install but I did not take off the intake tube. The quality and sound is fantastic! Very loud, I would say easily 3X louder than my stock BPV. Glad I purchased it, not sure how my stock BPV would have survived the 24psi I now have from the Trifecta Tune.

Awesome BPV!

2008 HP tuned Cobalt SS, 24 PSI..this thing sounds amazing! much louder than the other forge bpv...used the green spring and no issues at all..highly recommend!
